STRESS IS A KILLER -

When under stress, the heart rate increases, adrenalin flows, and blood pressure soars. The body's stress reaction can cause headaches, sleeplessness, chest pains, an inability to concentrate, and a variety of psychological problems, including anxiety and depression.

Prolonged stress exhausts the body, making it susceptible to illness – anything from colds to ulcers to heart attacks , to arthritis. Researchers suspect that stress can even increase the risk of cancer.

STRESS IS A NATURAL REACTION -

Although natural, stress is largely inappropriate in modern times. Man's early ancestors, when faced with danger, developed the “fight or flight” reaction. In modern times, the reaction often happens automatically even though it's not needed for physical protection. Stress which occurs with psychological conflicts or unpleasant situations serves no legitimate purpose, but the damage it does is very real.

THE BRANDON HYPNOSIS STRESS CONTROL PROGRAM HELPS -

  • By teaching how the intellectual and emotional parts of the mind react to stress

  • By educating the intellectual portion of the mind to recognize stress symptoms rapidly

  • By training the emotional part of the mind to use instant relaxation techniques to redirect and convert negative emotions that cause stress.

  • THE PATIENTS -

  • Will be hypnotized for subconscious integration of instant relaxation techniques for stress control

  • Will receive a cassette tape for home reinforcement of the hypnotic suggestions, and other optional materials

  • Will have the lasting ability to recognize and eliminate stress symptoms before they cause harm

    SATISFIED PATIENTS SAY -

  • “Never before have we had a session that deals with our personal problems that develop as a result of serving others during great emotional stress. To this end you were outstanding and the highlight of our life”
